COVID-19 Response

At ORIGO, we’re continually monitoring the COVID-19 situation to determine how we can best support our clients while ensuring the health and safety of our employees and associates. We will continue to follow guidance from BC Public Health officials and will adapt the policies as these are developed.

Rest assured that ORIGO will be doing its part to ensure the safety of its employees and clients now and for years to come.

Effective December 7 2020 the following work safe requirements will be mandatory.

  • We will limit our indoor work activities. In conjunction with our clients we will adopt a workable plan ahead of any site visit to best accommodate a safe working environment.
  • Before a site visit our clients will be asked the following questions that are designed to ensure safe working conditions for everyone. Our online COVID-19 COMPLIANCE FORM can be completed online here.
    1. The name and contact details of all client representatives expected to be at an onsite meeting or at an indoor meeting.
    2. Whether any attending representatives are showing COVID-19 symptoms (e.g. cough, fever, difficulty breathing), are currently undergoing testing for COVID-19 or have any reason to believe they have COVID-19.
    3. Whether they are required to self-isolate per the BC COVID-19 Symptom Self-Assessment Tool.
    4. Whether they have been outside of Canada in the 14 days prior to arrival at the meeting.
  • Everyone is expected to maintain appropriate physical distancing measures when on-site or at an indoor meeting.
  • Masks are considered mandatory when on-site and at indoor meetings.

We ask our clients to respect these guidelines to ensure all of us remain safe as we attempt to prevent the spread on the COVID-19 virus.
